Terms of Service
The rules that apply to every order placed on this store. Placing an order means you accept them.
1. Who you are buying from
This store is operated by Riodrip (“Riodrip”, “we”, “us”). Customer service: help+riodrip@thesupport.care. Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm ET. The site is hosted by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd floor, 1-6 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 X9F4, Ireland.
2. Acceptance
By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use is yours.
4. Products, descriptions and pricing
We describe each item as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; slight variation in shade, trim or finish is normal on production runs. Only the written specifications on the product page are binding.
Prices are shown in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. Prices may change at any time; the price that applies is the one displayed when your order is placed.
Despite our efforts, a listing may occasionally contain a pricing or availability error. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfill it. We will contact you before doing so.
When a strikethrough price is shown, it is the price we previously charged for that item on this store.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we dispatch the item. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, a payment dispute, an obviously invalid address, or abnormal quantities. You are notified by email and refunded in full.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. Transactions are encrypted and processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider; we never receive or store your full card number. Your bank may apply additional verification. If authorization is declined, the order is not placed.
7. Shipping and the 30-day rule
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days and then take 7 to 12 business days in transit.
Consistent with the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, if we cannot ship within the time stated at the point of sale, or within 30 days where no time was stated, we will notify you, give you the choice between consenting to the delay or cancelling, and issue a prompt refund if you cancel. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will open a claim and either replace or refund the order.
8. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Conditions and the full process are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The layout, text, photography, graphics and code of this store belong to Riodrip or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission. Third-party names and marks that appear on or in connection with products remain the property of their respective owners; their presence does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
10. Content you send us
If you send us a photo, video or review, you confirm it is yours to share and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on this store and on our social channels, with attribution to the first name you provide. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing help+riodrip@thesupport.care, and we will take the content down.
11. Acceptable use
Do not use this store to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to scrape or overload the site, to introduce malicious code, or to buy for commercial resale without our written agreement.
12. Disclaimer
Except where the law says otherwise, the store and its content are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any warranty that applies to the goods themselves under the law of your state.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some states do not allow these limitations, in which case they do not apply to you.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer laws of your own state of residence, which continue to apply in full.
Please contact us first: most disputes are settled in a single email. If we cannot resolve it, you keep the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own jurisdiction, including small claims court. We do not require you to waive a jury trial or to give up your right to participate in a class action.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force.
